Chain mystery solved, solution is not

So I figured out what is going on with my chain... the front brake cable is pushing the cable when I'm folding it. Here's a video of it:

I conducted a FaceTime session with Al from Portapedal and showed him what was going on. He suggested that perhaps the brake cable needs to be twisted so that it will bend closer to the fork.  I'm still working on it...haven't really had time to give it the proper attention. 

Need advice - Chain falls of chainring after unfolding

OK y'all, I need some help.  Ever since I've installed the standard size chainring (and installed a longer chain with 100 links) I've had trouble with the chain falling off the chainring when unfolding "briskly". That is, unfolding fast in one motion.  This doesn't happen every time, but probably about 2/3rds of the time.  The B never did that with the original (reduced) chainring.  Any ideas?

Al from Portapedal said that I might be a tired (worn) chain tensioner and is going to be sending me one to see if it helps.

These pics are for Chandra (iBrompton) and I guess anyone else who needs a reference as to what the chain length should be when replacing with a new one (I haven't messed with my chain yet, other than just cleaning and lubing it).

The distance from the bottom edge of the chainstay to the center of the bottom chain tensioner pulley was approximately 2.8 inches and to the center of the chain itself was approximately 3.4 inches.
